Charles Gillooley and his wife Gil Kendall have been working in real estate in the south-east Dordogne (Périgord noir) since 1985. In 2006 we sold the successful chain of agencies we had built up and started a new venture with Immobilier Causses et Vézère which is now based in MONTIGNAC (home to the Lascaux caves). We were delighted to be joined by Angela Martyn, also a long-standing resident of the area, who has a background in an architect’s practice.

We are all bi-lingual and experienced in dealing with an international clientele looking to buy and sell residential property in an area which stretches approximately from Excideuil south to the Dordogne valley, and from Terrasson west to St Pierre de Chignac. We handle transactions on building plots, cottages, houses old and new, “gîte” complexes and châteaux.
